●Please note that the date you enter in the reservation form may already be fully booked. Simply submitting this form does not confirm your reservation. Please be sure to check our response.

●From a hygiene standpoint, please be sure to read the web-page before coming to the lodge.

●Please make a reservation at least 2 days before the arrival date. For those making a reservation on the day before or on the arrival date, please call us directly.

●Cancellation or amendment should be made at least 2 days before the arrival date.

​

●In case of cancellation on the day before or on the arrival date, the following cancellation fees will be charged as we already limit the number of reservations and prepare meals.

   Day before  4,000 JPY per person

   The day of / No show  7,000 JPY per person

​

●Please make sure to arrive at the cabin by 4 pm. In case of delay, please call us in advance.

​

●Check-in time is from 1pm and check-out time is by 8 am.

(We ask you to finish packing your belongings by 8 am.)

●Submitting the Mountain Climbing Registration is mandatory. Please make sure to fill in the Mountain Climbing Registration form (Trekking Itinerary) and submit it either by posting in a box set up at each trailhead or by fax (03-6862-5035).
